Connecting Klaviyo with Bouncer

Here you will find the instructions on how to connect your Klaviyo account with Bouncer!

With Bouncer, we’ve made the job as easy as possible.
You can connect your account to Klaviyo, verify email addresses through our simple and intuitive system, and export all the cleaned-up data back to your platform.

Integrating Klaviyo with Bouncer is a fast and secure process.

To begin, go to Settings → Integrations inside your Bouncer dashboard and click “Connect with Login” under Klaviyo.
You will be redirected to the Klaviyo login page, where you will be asked to grant Bouncer permission to access basic account details such as your account information, lists, and profiles. After clicking Allow, your integration will be connected and ready to use.

Once connected, you can verify and clean your Klaviyo lists directly through Bouncer.

Verifying your list and sending your campaign.

Start

Open the Verify List tab and select the Klaviyo Import. Select the list that you would like to verify, and start processing it.

Export

Once the verification is complete, you can export the clean data back to Klaviyo by clicking on the export button in the row of completed verification.

Choose

When you choose Export, you have two options:

Remove selected groups of email addresses (e.g., undeliverable or risky ones such as disposable emails).

Add Recommendations* – lets you take full control of your list quality. After the verification, simply use the intuitive configurator to decide which emails should be marked as keep, suppress, or quarantine, and confirm your choices.

Bouncer will then automatically enrich your Klaviyo contacts with custom properties (bouncer_recommends and bouncer_recommends_update_at), empowering you to build smarter segments, more precise automations, and cleaner campaigns.

Important: When removing the integration in Settings → Integrations → Remove Integration, Bouncer will also revoke the Klaviyo token. This ensures that the application is fully uninstalled both on the Bouncer side and within Klaviyo.

Set up AutoClean

Go to the Verify List section in Bouncer, choose a new list via your Klaviyo integration, pick the list to be monitored, and select the autoclean option.

Use Bouncer Recommendations

Use the Bouncer Recommends field in your CRM to segment or trigger workflows.

Terminology

Deliverable
The recipient’s email provider has confirmed that the email address exists, it is safe to send.
Risky
The email address may result in a bounce or low engagement. Risky addresses: Accept All, Full Mailbox, or Disposable.
Undeliverable
The address is either syntactically incorrect or does not exist.
Unknown
We were unable to receive a response from the email provider. The credits for such verification will not be deducted from your balance. We never charge you for the email addresses with this status.
